District Councils in Wiltshire
I found it a little difficult to find out the district councils of Wiltshire, please find the below list. Wiltshire Council is a unitary authority. Although Swindon is technically with Wiltshire it is autonomous in terms of governance (I think).
Kennet District Council - (East)
Salisbury District Council - (South)
West Wiltshire District Council - (West)
what is Thamesdown?

Living in the area in the 1970's and 1980's, I remember when they invented it :-)
We all got mugs at school to commemorate the end of highworth council, too (I lived on the edge of Swindon, but we voted for a different MP!)
